Assisting Patients, Funding Research

The SA Cancer Council is an all-volunteer, non-profit organization that supports the fight against cancer in San Antonio. Through fundraising events and direct donations, we have contributed more than $4.5 million to the patients and research of the Mays Cancer Center.

Historic gift yields new name: Mays Cancer Center

Dr. Henrich announced on January 30th that the Mays Family Foundation is increasing its legacy gift supporting the UT Health San Antonio Cancer Center to $30 million.
